- Customized or personalized jewellery may take 7–14 business days for processing.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).

- Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on location)
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

If your package is:

- Delivered but Not Received: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

- Record an unboxing video immediately.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
