Return & Refund Policy

At Zorrpong, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved items.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless received damaged).
  • Gift cards or store credits.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product
  1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  2. Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Zorrpong is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Price differences must be paid by the customer.
  • If the exchanged item costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
