Return & Refund Policy
At Zorrpong, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices must be included.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or tampering.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Engraved items.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless received damaged).
- Gift cards or store credits.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Zorrpong is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Price differences must be paid by the customer.
- If the exchanged item costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
